    loved the article, and if you sometime have the inclination, would love to learn/hear more of the specifics, tips, techniques you/your wife use daily to flourish on this homestead. Likely most are so habit to you'se, that you do not consider them, but for some of us it would be interesting and informative.

    would you give us the instructions?
    can I do this in a large (huge) glass jar, or does it need be a crock?

    do you ferment or salt cure vegetables too?
