Victorian House Rebuilt in Eureka, Calif.

The original building built in the 1880s, in San Francisco, was destroyed by fire in the earthquake of 1906. In 1978, Mark Carter found the plans and decided to recreate the building in Eureka. See here for details.

  2. If you click under the heading 'Lodging' you will find some photos of the interiors.
    The menu selection looks good, too. 🙂
    Check out the scene over on Google Maps- they now have 4 buildings on that corner.
    Very well done, I'd say.
