Growth Predicted in Home Renovations

“Homeowners who have been holding off on home improvements, be it a new kitchen or replacement siding, are more likely to call in the contractors in the year ahead.

   A report from Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies predicts accelerating, double-digit growth in home improvement spending through at least the third quarter of 2013.…”

    Hi Lloyd,

    This week some crazy guy in my hometown hit an innocent PG&E worker with his car and then tried to beat him (and a good Samaritan trying to help) to death. They were saved by a young surfer/skateboarder/hitchhiker named "KAI". Video not safe for work due to language, but I thought you might get a kick out of it…

  2. I do agree that decline in home values during the last decade will most likely benefit the remodeling industry in the decade to come.It is a good sign for home remodeling professionals.

  3. The prediction of growth is really amazing to know and we hope people will spend this much on renovations then it will bring a huge change in the beauty of of homes.
