Tiny Home in California Desert

“Hi Lloyd,

I spoke with you a few weeks ago regarding my place outside Palm Springs in the village of Snow Creek. I mentioned that I would send you some photos of my work in progress and I hope you like it! I was inspired by your books: Builders of the Pacific Coast and Shelter.

  1. Except for that straight from the 70's suburban front door. I'd expect my mom to open it in an apron after I knocked. Really, for such a cool house, they could have done better. That, and the 1000 deposit they want to rent it.

I think it's a fine little house. Rock from site. White roof to reflect sunlight. Cool also in the sense of lower temperature in hot climate. Rental deposits where I live are often twice one month's rent.
